Technical Project Analyst

This role combines program management support, user engagement support and content management to deliver ERP engagement and deployment objectives.
Supports application trainers by assisting with maintenance of ERP training material and managing logistics for training events.
Supports Engagement Leader by assisting with maintenance of engagement processes and materials and managing logistics for engagement events.
Responsible for maintaining ERP Blueprint materials.
Responsible for pipeline request data capture and reporting.
Responsible for project requests data capture and reporting.
Supports user engagement processes including ERP on-boarding, training coordination, communications, contact lists, etc.
Researches, organizes, coordinates, schedules, communicates and manages events (extended meetings) across teams, internal and external parties, diverse locations and in-person or telepresence / remote.
Establishes and maintains internal and external contact lists as necessary.
Manages access to project tools, systems, documents and other objects.
Manages access for external parties to GE systems and objects.
Acts as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information for defects or variances, providing documentation, and preparing reports.
Independently learns and applies new technologies, tools and processes required to meet the demands of the role.
Monitors record keeping and file maintenance for the program or project.
Oversees and ensures the timely processing in and the delivery of required materials.
Verifies and analyzes the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by project; resolves any discrepancies or problems.
Serves as liaison for the project; coordinates activities and exchanges information.
Assists in the creation and maintenance of project and program artifacts.
Provides administrative support for the program and project team as required.
Manages email distribution lists of users, teams and other stakeholders.
Plans, designs and distributes communications as required for ERP events and activities.
Working experience or education in ERP business processes (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, fixed assets, inventory, order management, manufacturing, costing, project accounting, etc.).
Working experience using an ERP system for business processes (such as for purchasing, time entry, journal entry creation, etc.).
5+ years of administration experience in a large, highly-matrixed organization, including event planning and management and experience with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (extensive experience with formulas, filters, pivot tables, etc.).
Technically savvy and capable of learning new digital tools and skills independently using online training resources.

Prior work experience with GE is preferred.
Prior work experience with Cisco Jabber, Box and Yammer is preferred.
