Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Seasoned, senior level individual contributors and managers requiring in-depth understanding of their business or function and how their role integrates with others within their discipline. Role requires good understanding of clients, industry, function and commercial markets.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance and HR teams to achieve all financial and operational commitments.

  • Build out a consolidated financial reporting processes, consistently across all ES products, ensure full visibility to plan vs actual.

  • Participate development of comprehensive business / financial forecasts, reports, and analysis by collaborating with other FP&A Teams in GOF.

  • Assist HQ and Regional teams achieve all financial and operational commitments and integrate with business Finance Leaders to analyze and report segment specific results

  • Drive planning framework, utilizing deep understanding of cost drivers, drive short and medium term forecasting and trends

  • Assist with communication and reporting of financial targets and updates on monthly performance to functional/regional leaders

  • Provide insight of key cost trends, and future commitments, to articulate the risks and opportunities versus plan

  • Have a creative mindset, to drive digitization of the analytics, and forecasting using business visualization tools

  • Participate and initiate process improvement plans to drive data quality and timely reporting capabilities.

  • Lead cross functional ad hoc projects

  • Support monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy of monthly / quarterly financials & timely KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reporting and variances to plan.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance)

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience across operational / commercial finance, FP&A (Financial, Planning & Analysis) and/or systems implementation

  • Working knowledge of Financial and ERP systems a plus
