ERP Strategy leader

ERP Strategy leader to be responsible for defining the strategy for Phase 2 of the ERP simplification journey. Phase 1 focused on reducing and simplifying the ERPs to a number of strategic ERPs while also adopting the Enterprise Chart/Systems. Phase 2 would be focused on how to run ERP better across GE by driving standardization in ERP design, simplifying the footprint further, migrating to Cloud to drive simplification as well as flexibility & define strategy to enable cross-business analytics.
Partner with the business leadership to provide thought leadership & ERP strategy to enable growth and strategic business imperatives for GE.
Experienced executive who can provide strategic vision to own ERP strategy, lead the ERP simplification journey and leverage the cloud.
Conducts evaluation of ERP processes, (in existing and potential implementations), develops the minimal standard requirements, and drives reuse.
Define the roadmap for managing ERP applications footprint for 2020.
Collaborates and partners with IT leaders to align business vision and drivers with technology and business applications needs especially for ERP across finance, supply chain and the commercial functions.
Delivers solutions to optimize processes by creating a framework of which functionalities to include within the ERPs.
Influence active and future ERP implementation to rethink unique operational heritage process and adapt streamline industry norms available readily available in ERP platform to optimize the vertical across level 1 business.
Designs a solution for a single interface for the multiple ERP users by partnering with operational leadership to enable seamless solution across the enterprise.
Collaborate & lead the discussion on how to build the framework of point solution integrated via data lakes along with ERP solution on a vertical design for the GE company.
Support the finance data analytics team by providing minimal standard requirement to ERP design to enable common structural elements for BIG data consumption across GE.
Stays current with trends and issues in the technology market, including current and future technologies. Advises, counsels, and educates stakeholders and management on the competitive or financial impact on current and future solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a “STEM” Major (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10-15 years professional work in Information Technology with an emphasis on leading large scale ERP engagements
