Role Summary:

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Department shares knowledge acquired in concrete projects. Perform tasks related to receiving, warehousing and releasing materials into production. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.

  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.

  • Optimize inventory and process improvements.

  • Develops research programs on the basis of a year.

  • Gives input to business programs of a encompassing part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plan.

  • Receive, classify, and stock incoming goods.

  • This includes ERP updating, managing stocking conditions, and knowing what is where.

  • Develops research programs on the basis of a year.

  • Manages inbound and outbound transportation for goods and finish goods. Have also has responsibility to follow -up comex transactions for incoming goods as well export products.

  • This role includes management of packing and dispatch operational areas.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Preferred candidates with Lean Manufacturing / Six sigma knowledge and experience in application on day to day process.

  • Mandatory fluent in oral and written English.
