Working in the Material Supply Chain organization you will be responsible for keeping product attributes up-to-date in the system (SAP) from an SCM perspective and also support other business functions in their SAP-related requests coming from all over the world. This is a great opportunity to gain work experience in a multicultural environment, learn about the supply chain processes of an industrial company and get hand on experience with SAP.
Creation and maintainence of daily business reports;
Supporting other functions with data capturing on different organisational levels;
Proactive development and looking for opportunities for reporting enhancements;
Working with cross functional teams and suppliers to remove roadblocks in the ordering process;
Supporting the data management processes by developing IT tools and reports.
The ideal candidate
has ongoing College/University studies or just finished College/University (active student status is not required);
is able to work at least 20 hours a week;
speaks fluent English;
can navigate their way through Microsoft Office applications;
is flexible and has stress resistant personality;
is very precise and has attention for data quality;
is a strong team player
has good communication skills
