Role Summary/Purpose

If you are a Marketing Automation gurupassionate about email marketing and marketing analyticswith a can-do attitude to help drive marketing campaigns, then GE Global Operations is the place for you.

We need a fantastic candidate whoensures the smooth running of campaigns– from communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to facing clients and reporting to the revenue marketing, local team leader.

Essential Responsibilities

Typical activities:

  • Offeringcreative ideasto the team leader and customers todevelop exciting campaignsand encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects

  • Monitoring all stages of campaignsto guarantee that they run smoothly

  • Quality controlof all work that is submitted to clients

  • Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members

  • Keeping oneself stimulated in order toachieve maximum productivity

  • Writingstatus reportsthroughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated

  • Ensure the project stays within the allocated budget

  • Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised

  • Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excellentoral and written communication skills inEnglish

  • experienced in B2B marketing automation, preferably with Marketo

  • Understanding email marketing campaigns, with strong SFDC skills and knowledge of best practices in email marketing

  • Experiencedmapping Marketo and SFDC campaign creation, lead/contact and account modules,

  • Expertise inMQL and SQL marketing analytics, lead scoring, nurture programs coordination

  • Understanding of international email regulations: including“consent,” “single/double opt-in,” “permission,” “CASL,” “EU Opt-in Directive”

  • First classorganisational skills

  • Aproactive approachto creative projects

  • Akeen eye for detailand an understanding of budget restraints

  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms

  • A personable and professional character that will allow you tobuild client rapport
