Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Shared Services (CSS) is a component of the Global Ops organisation. At CSS we work on tasks that directly impact customers. We provide services to GE sales and service teams that enable them to attract and serve customers faster, with better quality.

Essential Responsibilities

Within the CSS organization the Inside Sales team adapts to maintain excellent relationship with external customers, supports GE Businesses with inside sales and sales support activities, gathering market data, generate and handle customer interest and demand detection. Provide well defined leads to sales representatives.

Provide well defined leads to sales representatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing advice and information about Healthcare products and services

  • Promote the client’s products and services for business partners via phone

  • Detect new purchasing projects over the phone with both new and existing customers

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, also by following-up on the generated leads/opportunities on a regular basis

  • Follow-up sales opportunities and support the field work of sales managers

  • Follow script and provide marketing information for the business clients

  • Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions in our CRM tools

  • Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes

  • Handle customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support

  • Conduct a rated calls in line with the targets in telemarketing activity on a daily basis

  • Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Advanced level French and English skills

  • College or University degree

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach

  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers

  • Creative and innovative personality

  • Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles

  • Ability to work in a team or individually if required

  • Sales mindset

  • Customer service attitude

  • Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
