Support TPM for assigned projects and Documentation that ensures on-time, accurate and competitive tenders, meeting customer requirements, applicable rules, regulations, codes and standards, aligned with the overall sales strategy.
Responsible of portion for Tender incl. commenting of technical specs to avoid disqualification or excessive loading of tendering team.
Support documentation for Tender incl. drawings, DoW and overall tender docs.
Support technical contract negotiation for Steam Turbine as part of the project sales team
Develop Expertise within steam turbine, Costing, etc.
Bachelor degree or above from an accredited university or college.
5+ years of experience in engineering, technical tendering or project management role for plant control and/or key power plant components and / or integrated power plants
Track record in technical competence in the power industry
Fluent in Chinese & English language

Self-motivated for driving the result and coordinating with project members to deliver the result in an uncertain world.
Team player, able to work well in a global and international matrix environment
Able to communicate/present both internal/external clearly and concisely.
Integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Ability to travel regularly on project base.
