Area Sales Manager - Mysore - Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager- Karnataka Non Metro, the role will be
heading acquisition of SBI Card in the assigned market.
Delivering on volumes ( Accounts ), COA, defined profitability metrics and insurance penetration.
Develop man power for sustainable sourcing at location.
Track Location performance as per targets and ensure achievement of OP & Quality parameters.
Ensuring Location Audit Parameters are adhered to in line with existing policies.
Follow up customer complaints to respective cross functional departments.
Track Application from End to end from dispatch till decisioning.
Track Headcount and hire FOS as per location business requirement.
Keeping a check on all policy changes, marketing offers. Keeping communication flow of changes
to team and cross selling channel partners.
Location will be a profit center having predefined cost of acquisition targets. Cost to be tracked
and maintained within budget.
Weekly trainings refreshers to be conducted for FOS.
Maintain regular visits to branches and ensure visibility of SBI Cards as a cross selling partner.
Involve cross functional team's wherever required for implementation of new idea's and
suggestions which can improve upon sourcing and location profitability.
Ensure applications are sourced in line with implemented policies and procedures to prevent
minimal rework and maximum approval rates.
Location sourcing mix to be altered as per organizational requirement.
Premium and High CV Accounts to be driving force to boost profitable sourcing
-Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in direct Channel sales/FMCG sales
-Good communication skills
-High degree of influencing/relationship management skills
-Local Market awareness and language proficiency required
-Team Handling Experience & Hiring Skills.
Worked in similar profile in banking and financial sector will be preferred, Past experience of
relationship based sales channel management is desired.
Self-directed individual with an eagerness to excel and accustomed to a fast-paced dynamic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain
relationships within a matrix organization
