The Power Services N. America sub-region & process integration FP&A leader will provide overall support to the Power Services North America ($6B revenue) business in terms of forecasting, planning, analysis and communication of income statement and CFOA results, as well as redesign and integrate FP&A processes across all sub-regions and product lines within the region.
Work directly with the N. America HQ FP&A team, the sub-region FP&A leaders, the commercial and operations teams to provide analytics and drive action to ensure business performance
Utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to influence short and long-term business goals
Work with the North America sub-region FP&A leaders and Global Ops Finance stakeholders to re-design and simplify FP&A forecasting and reporting processes to streamline execution while delivering high-quality product
Work with the business and GOF stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete estimates are developed for planning purposes by re-designing forecasting and reporting processes that allow for streamlined modeling tied to operations
Generate and enhance routine reports that meet client business needs by conducting thorough needs-assessments with business stakeholders
Work with the sub-region FP&A teams to comply with necessary regulations in the reporting process, using knowledge of applicable statutory and GAAP reporting requirements
Support planning cycles by obtaining relevant data from resources in Finance and other applicable functions, respond to client ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports in knowledgeable and flexible manner
Manage the effects of new and/or improved processes on relevant IT infrastructure and controllership (functional and systems)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership position
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
Strong industry knowledge and contacts coupled with knowledge of controllership, accounting, and tax / legal issues
Prior experience in the industry and the FP&A function
Controllership assessment and planning experience
Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong internal candidate identified
