Role Summary/Purpose

The Cardiac Care Product Sales Specialist, Life Care Solutions (LCS) will lead the Cardiac Care portfolio (Diagnostic and Invasive Cardiology) across South Eastern Europe. He/She will be responsible for the overall SEE Cardiac Care sales results, by leading the Direct operations in Greek market as well as coaching and training SEE Channel Partners effectiveness to drive Cardiac Care growth across SEE.

Essential Responsibilities

  • analyze territories and maintain appropriate coverage models for Cardiac Care portfolio in SEE, in alignment with SEE LCT Zone and EE Cardiology leadership

  • use market and product knowledge to assist SEE distributors’ sales team in developing sales, marketing, and growth strategies.

  • lead the direct sales operations in Greek market, be responsible to forecast and deliver orders and sales results within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports. Maintain network of Greek KOLs and key accounts.

  • provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including distributors’ trainings, product capabilities, and benefits to customers as needed.

  • build strong relationships with important SEE Cardiac KOLs and key accounts. Support professional conferences and trade shows by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training

  • produce well-written post-training reports and providing regular feedbacks on a customer satisfaction and needs


  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical/clinical or business related field

  • Extensive technical/clinical or business experience (experience desired from diagnostic and/or invasive cardiology field)

  • Ability to build rapport, energize and influence people

  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified SEE geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows

  • Successful experience in multi-stakeholder environment and matrix organizations

  • High ethics and integrity

  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Greek language

  • EU work permit
